Side type reclaimer

The scraper buckets have a specialized geometry designed to work in all boom inclinations. Carbide steel teeth cut into the crust of the caked product, and the discharging chute, reinforced with wear-resistant steel, forms the product flow onto the conveyor belt. Leading engineers of SIA Akonit have developed several designs of side reclaimers. The pylon side reclaimer is equipped with a winch that changes the angle of the boom. In light machines of low capacity up to 100 t/h, two hydraulic cylinders are used to raise and lower the boom. Such machines are suitable for ceramic industries for storage of furnace batch, clay and other impurities.

A warehouse with a side single boom reclaimer can be deepened to an angle of -25 degrees. This will increase the useful volume of the stored product in a small building footprint.
