Apron conveyor for paper rolls transportation

The equipment is intended for intrashop transportation of paper rolls, steel, polymer and other materials.

The special-purpose chain with bearing rollers in combination with self-lubricating bushings are intended to withstand high loads throughout the service life of the conveyor. The upper plate may be V-shaped or flat in accordance with the position of rolls (on end face or sidewise) to be handled and transported on the conveyor surface. The plates are processed so as to not damage the products along the entire route of transportation.

The packaged supply can include infeed conveyors of rolls, turning tables, continuously-operated weighing conveyors, turnovers, transfer roller tables, system of sensors and complex industrial system.
