Semi-portal reclaimer

Semi-portal warehouses are the most common and flexible for storing products of different fractions and chemical composition. Warehouses have an open space for the installation of semi-portal reclaimers on both sides. Reclaimers of SIA Akonit have a special algorithm for reclaiming one stockpile by two machines. This prevents the product and the scraper booms from collapsing. Warehouses with one semi-portal reclaimer and a retaining wall with demarcation into several spaces ("cups") enables to store several types of products, placing each of them in its own "cup", and, if necessary, ship the product. JSC SIA Akonit has designed, manufactured and launched several semi-portal reclaimers at mineral fertilizers plants.
