Troughed belt trackers (ZhTsG)

Troughed belt trackers are designed to adjust the position of the belt relative to the longitudinal axis. They are used on conveyors with different belt widths and different angles of the side rollers. The trackers are completed with training rollers that prevent the belt from running off. They adjust the position of the belt along the travel direction. They are a steel structure that includes 2 or 3 troughed idlers. There is a rigid connection between the idlers.

Idlers are one of the key structural elements in belt conveyors. They are used to support the rollers along which the belt moves and to give it the necessary shape. The conveyor flight can be equipped with special idlers that provide automatic centering of the carrying and return branches of the belt. The idler can be made at the request of the customer with stamped legs, of a pipe, as well as of a channel.

Troughed belt trackers are available in two types - double and triple. They are used to move large fractions of bulk materials: clay, sand, crushed stone, coal, etc.
